YOGA

We practice hatha Yoga in the form of dynamic Vinyasa Yoga which connects the breath and movement and restorative yin postures allowing the body to relax, renew and heal.

Yoga means “to join together or union” and is seen as a powerful tool to bring about balance and harmony between the body and mind. Yoga seeks to promote health and wellbeing through physical exercise. The regular practice of postures (asana), and breathing exercises (pranayama), helps to make the body strong, supple and healthy.

Yoga helps to promote health and happiness by nourishing the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga is also non-competitive, is something everyone can do and benefit from, whatever your age or background.

We offer Yoga in small classes or one-to-one. Either can be Spiritual or exercise focussed, depending on the student(s). We are also able to offer specialist classes for sports, injuries and rehabilitation, including back pain.

All classes and one-to-one sessions take place in our dedicated studio in Caldy.
