All classes are based at our studio in Caldy, Wirral.


Numerous sessions Monday to Friday.

- Mondays: 10:00 - 11:30am Yoga all abilities

- Tuesdays: 7:00 - 8:30pm Yoga all abilities

- Wednesdays(am): 10:00 - 11:30am Yoga all abilities

- Wednesdays(pm): 7:30 - 9:00pm Yoga all abilities

- Thursdays: 7:30 - 9:00pm Yoga all abilities

- Fridays: 9:30 - 11:00am Yoga all abilities

Classes must be booked in advance and are on a six week course basis* @ 50 or one off classes at 10 when space allows - please call in advance to check availability as spaces are limited.

* We appreciate that students sometimes cannot attend all sessions and where possible will offer students alternative dates as spaces allow.

One-to-one (ad hoc sessions arranged to suit you): 40 (1 hour) or 50 (1 hour).

Power Plate training

A 45 minute personal training session tailored to suit your specific needs, at a time to suit you at our Caldy studio. We recommend a full course of ten sessions for which we offer an eleventh session free when booked in advance.

25 per person per session (45 minutes).
Eleventh class free when booking a ten session course.
